House Rules

​

To assist you in making your stay comfortable, we ask that you observe the following House Rules at Golden View. The office staff at the complex are happy to help with general enquiries or in the unfortunate event of an emergency.

As a result of COVID-19, there are protocols in place at Golden View and in Barbados which must be followed.  We advise you to check for the latest protocols from the Government of Barbados at the Visit Barbados web site.  All guests at Golden View are required to pre-register with us before check-in and must have fulfilled their respective arrival protocols before arrival at the apartment.  All guests will be required to follow the latest government and Golden View protocols while staying with us.

 

421 HOUSE RULES

- No smoking in the apartment or the balcony

- There will be a surcharge of USD250.00 for any smoke related clean up

- Please turn off lights and AC when not in use

- No wet swimsuits or dirty clothes on the sofas or chairs

- Rails are provided for wet towels and clothing – please do not hang these over the balcony

- Please keep the front door locked when you are not in the apartment

- Please do not feed the birds

- We encourage you to keep the blinds down in the afternoon – this will make the apartment much cooler in the hot afternoon sun

- All linens and towels, including beach towels are provided.

- An initial supply of coffee, tea and sugar are provided

- For your added convenience an initial supply of toilet tissue and bath soap are provided, however you are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay.

- Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight in the property

 

The apartment complex also has a set of rules which will be forwarded before arrival

 

Check-in: Anytime after 3PM

Check-out: 11AM

 

Strict cancellation policy:

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, 50% 1 month before arrival, balance on check in.

Cancellation Policy:  100% if cancelled 3 months before arrival; 50% if cancelled 1 month before arrival; no refund if cancelled within one month arrival.
